Youth Music Theatre for 8-12 years

If you love singing, acting and moving – this program is for you!

We plan to restart this popular program this term. We've chosen a great show to perform: a Christmas show based around the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas”, with lots of fun characters, some toe-tapping original songs plus traditional Christmas carols.

All we need is you!

We really need to know ASAP if we have enough interested students to run our Youth Music Theatre program, starting in Term 3 with weekly sessions on Thursdays 4.00pm-5.30pm and continuing to the performances in Term 4.

Please note: This program will only run if we get sufficient enrolments to cast the show. So the starting date of the weekly Thursday sessions will be advised once we have enough enrolments to run the program. Don’t turn up on Thursday until you hear from us!

If you'd like to join this program:

1. Visit the Youth Music Theatre page and read all the info; particularly read the Calendar which has all the key dates.

2. Check you can do these dates, including extra rehearsals and the performances in Term 4.

3. Check you are the right age: 8-12 years.

4. Then email info@macqcon.org.au giving the student’s first name and surname and their date of birth, saying YES you’d like to enrol now in Youth Music Theatre for Term 3 and Term 4 2021.
